REGULATIONS! please read carefully

Arrival of the guests:

All guests are expected to arrive from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. unless there is a further notice on any other arrival time.
All guests must give notice about their arrival to the manager, who also registers the guests and gives them all the necessary information(passport or any other personal identification card is needed).
Articles which are not allowed to be taken to the room can be stored upon agreement with the management.
Before accommodation, the guest and the manager check the list of all the articles belonging to the room.

Check - out :

Checkout time is 10 a.m. , otherwise an additional day is charged. Before checking out the manager and the guest check whether the articles belonging to the room have not been taken or broken.
Should any guest cause any damage during his/her stay in the (furniture, floor, windows, door, other equipment, property and landscaping), he/she will be liable for the caused damage.

Accommodation costs and damage expenses are to be paid to the manager.
If the guests wish to check out before the expected checkout time, the manager should get this information until 10 a.m. one day before leaving, otherwise an additional day will be charged.

Rules and regulations:

Only registered guests can accommodate the apartment.
All visitors are allowed upon agreement with the manager.
Pets are not allowed in apartment unless otherwise arranged upon arrival of the guest; pets are not allowed to be cleaned in apartment.
All guests are expected to take care of the equipment and turning off the lights.
Articles belonging to the apartment are not allowed to be taken out it.
It is not allowed to bring any inflammable or explosive objects and objects having an unpleasant smell to the house.
Electric appliances must not be used in apartment except for those belonging to apartment.
When leaving, the door should be locked, otherwise the is not responsible for loss or theft of any valuables belonging to the guests.
Guest are not allowed to cause any noise or other disturbances from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
Before leaving, the guests should check for any forgotten articles (wardrobe, other articles).

The price of the apartment accommodation includes: bed linen, towels, kitchen towels and electricity, gas, heating, weekly change of bed linen, towels, kitchen towels and the final cleaning of the apartment.
Payment conditions: payment at check IN.
Payment: cash, money-order.
Booking charge: 30 % of the whole amount of the predicted stay.
Booking conditions: apartment can be booked according to the available capacities and confirmed upon advance payment (30 % of the whole payment)
Booking cancellation: refund of the booking costs is guaranteed to all guests upon written cancellation:

All services are to be paid in Slovene tolars. Upon agreement, other accommodation conditions can be considered.
